My Flashforward session is actually based on my Vitamin article, Communicating Web 2.0 Through Design. I’ll discuss how to communicate the purpose, benefit, and usage of all the fancy new Web 2.0-style interactions and effectively use text, screenshots, screencasts, and other elements to make web applications easy to learn.
