Non-profits are often the organizations that need the most help when it comes to using the web to achieve their goals. They’re also the ones least likely to be able to afford reputable experts to help them out.
To level the playing field, I’m proud to announce that Miskeeto is now dedicated to non-profits.
We’re going to help them maximize their potential through web design, social networking, and more. And then we’re going to train them, so they can sustain the model after we’re gone. We’re also going to check back every so often to answer questions and iron out the kinks.
And instead of pouncing on the oft-limited budgets of non-profits, we’re going to help our clients start and run microfundraising campaigns and apply for grants so that they can not only supplement their budgets to fund our work with them, but also better support themselves in the long run.
As we start working with non-profits, to keep you in the loop and let you know when we need your help to raise awareness or take action, we’ll be talking about our projects on the site and through our social networks.
We all have our own companies and/or clients (Kris, Stephanie, Daniel, and myself), but from now on, we’ll also come together to help non-profits maximize their potential. We are a small group, but I assure you, we’re big enough to change the world.
So get connected with Miskeeto (and directly with me) and help us improve the world, one project at a time.
